BUFFALO STAMPEDE SAUCE
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 4 Table Spoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
- 7 Cups of Frank’s XTRA Red Hot Pepper Sauce
Equipment Needed:
- 8” Half Pan
- Measuring Cup
- Hand Blender
Directions:
- Place Wok Pan on Burner
- Turn Burner on high heat
- Cut and add 2 Table Spoons of Butter into Wok Pan
- Wait until Butter begins to sizzle
- Add 4 Table Spoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
- Stir Fresh Minced Garlic until it begins to lightly brown
- Add the leftover Butter into the Wok Pan
- Once Butter is completely melted, Add 7 Cups of Frank’s XTRA Red Hot Pepper Sauce
- Stir continuously until the Buffalo Sauce begins to simmer
- Allow Sauce to cool on top of a container of ice for 2 hours
***USE A LARGER POT FOR LARGER PORTIONS
