GRATING CARROTS - COLESLAW PREP
Ingredients Needed:
- Carrots
Equipment Needed:
- Green Cutting Board
- Carrot Grater
- 6” Half Pan
Directions:
- Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
- Use the Carrot Peeler to peel all the skin off the Carrot
- Begin shredding the Carrots against the larger side of the Carrot Grater
- Place all of the cut Carrots into a 6” Half Pan
