COOKING S&P MIX
Ingredients Needed:
- 5Lb Garlic Cloves
- ¼ Cup of Frying Oil
- 1 Cup of Garlic Salt
- 1 Cup of Parsley Flakes
- 1 Cup of Johnny’s Garlic Spread
- 40 Cups of Grill-On Liquid Butter (Approximately 2½ Gal)
Equipment Needed:
- Wok Pan
- 22qt Container
- Measuring Cups
- Wooden Spoon
- Waring Immersion Blender
Directions:
- Place Wok Pan on Burner
- Turn Burner on high heat
- Add ¼ Cup of Frying Oil
- When the oil begins sizzling, add 5Lb Garlic Cloves
- Toss for approximately 5 minutes until Garlic Cloves begin browning and slightly charring
- Turn off Burner
- Load cooked Garlic Cloves into a 22qt Container
- Add 40 Cups of Grill-On Liquid Butter
- Add 1 Cup of Garlic Salt
- Add 1 Cup of Parsley Flakes
- Add 1 Cup of Johnny’s Garlic Spread
- Use 40” Immersion Blender set on high to blend all ingredients thoroughly and evenly
- Label and Date the Garlic Butter Sauce
