RED ONION - COLE SLAW PREP
Ingredients Needed:
- Red Onion
Equipment Needed:
- Green Cutting Board
- Knife
- 6” Sixth Pan
Directions:
- Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
- Cut off the ends of the Onion
- Cut the onion in half
- Peel off the first layers of skin
- Begin slicing the Onions into 1/8 inch portions
- Put the sliced onions into a 6” Sixth Pan
- Label and date the Cut Onions
