Ingredients Needed:
- 8qt Green Cabbage
- 4qt Red Cabbage
- 2qt Kale
- 1qt Red Onion
- 2qt Grated Carrots
- 5 Cups Cole Slaw Sauce
Equipment Needed:
- 8” Half Pan
Directions:
- Place the Green
- Add 4qt Red Cabbage
- Add 2qt Kale
- Add 1qt Red Onion
- Add 2qt Grated Carrots
- Add 5 Cups Cole Slaw Sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together evenly
- Label and date the Cut Onions
