THIGH MEAT MARINATION


Ingredients Needed: 
  • Thigh Meat
  • Marinade
Equipment Needed:
  • Yellow Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • 8” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Yellow Cutting Board onto the table
  2. Trim off all loose and hanging meat and excess fat
  3. Place into an 8” Half Pan
  4. Add Marinade
