MARINATING WINGS
Ingredients Needed:
- Chicken Marinade
- Marinated Chicken Wings
- Potato Starch
Equipment Needed:
- 6” Metal Half Pan
- 4” Metal Half Pan
- Strainer Basket
Directions:
- Clean the prep sink area. The sink must be clean and sanitized before being used for any reason.
- Cut open and pour out 3 bags of chicken into the sink.
- Add 1/3 cup of Breaded Marinade Mix onto the chicken.
- Mix the chicken thoroughly so the marinade is evenly mixed.
- Put all the marinated chicken into a bin with a basket inside.
- Store it into the walk-in cooler or appropriate cooling unit using the FIFO (First In First Out) Method.
