MAC & CHEESE
Ingredients Needed:
- Bag of Mac & Cheese
Equipment Needed:
- Frozen Mac & Cheese
- 24qt Stock Pot
- 4” Half Pan
Directions:
- Place the 24qt Stock Pot of water onto a burner and turn the heat on high
- When the water gets to a rolling boil, add in the Bag of Mac & Cheese (Add up to 3 bags of Mac & Cheese if necessary)
- Start the timer at 45:00 Minutes
- When the timer goes off remove the Mac & Cheese from the pot
- Cut the bag of Mac & Cheese and pour it into a 4” Half Pan
- Label and date the Mac & Cheese
