LETTUCE - SANDWICH
Ingredients Needed:
- Lettuce
Equipment Needed:
- Green Cutting Board
- Knife
- 6” Third Pan
Directions:
- Wash and Rinse the Lettuce
- Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
- Cut off the head of the lettuce
- Identify and remove all unusable pieces (Tiny, discolored, rotten, etc.)
- Put the lettuce into a 6” Third Pan
- Label and date the Lettuce
