DICING JALAPENO

Ingredients Needed: 
  • Jalapenos
Equipment Needed:
  • Green Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Easy Chopper
  • 6” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
  2. Cut the Stem off the Jalapeno
  3. Cut the Jalapeno down the middle
  4. Place the Jalapeno halves into Easy Chopper and Slam it down
  5. Place all of the diced Jalapenos into a 6” Half Pan
