COLESLAW SPREAD
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Gal Mayo
- 2 ¾ Cups Gal Ken’s Dijon Honey Mustard
- 2 ¾ Cups Sugar
- 2 ¾ Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2/3 Cups Black Pepper
- ¾ Cups Whole Celery Seed
Equipment Needed:
- Small Hand Blender
- 6” Plastic Half Pan
Directions:
- Add 1 Gal Mayo into a 6” Plastic Half Pan
- Add 2 ¾ Cups Gal Ken’s Dijon Honey Mustard
- Add 2 ¾ Sugar
- Add ¾ Whole Celery Seeds
- Add 2/3 Cups Black Pepper
- Add 2 ¾ Apple Cider Vinnegar
- Use the Small Hand Blender to blend all ingredients
- Label, Date, and Store Properly
