DICING WHITE ONIONS
Ingredients Needed:
- White Onions
Equipment Needed:
- Green Cutting Board
- Knife
- Easy Chopper
- 8” Half Pan
Directions:
- Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
- Cut off the ends of the Onion
- Cut the onion in half
- Peel off the first layers of skin
- Place the White Onion on the Easy Chopper
- Put the sliced onions into an 8” Half Pan
- Label and date the Cut Onions
