FIRE PASTE
Ingredients Needed:
- 6oz Thai Chili Peppers
- 20oz Habanero Peppers
- 1 Cup Chili Flakes
- 2 Cups Sambal Chili Sauce
Equipment Needed:
- Tossing Bowl
- Blinder
Directions:
- Weigh out all peppers
- Remove all stems from Thai Chili
- Remove all stems from Habanero Peppers
- Add Thai Chili Peppers into Robot Coupe
- Add Habanero Peppers into Robot Coupe
- Grind ingredients into a paste
- Add Chili Flakes and Sambal Chili Sauce into Robot Coupe
- Grind until all ingredients are mixed evenly
