SPICY MAYO SPREAD
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 Gal Mayonnaise
- 5 1/3 Cups Ken’s Dijon Honey Mustard
- 4 ½ Cups of Ketchup
- ¼ Cup Cayenne Pepper
Equipment Needed:
- 6” Third Pan
- Measuring Cup
- Hand Blender
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a 3rd pan and
- Mix thoroughly and evenly with a Small Hand Blender
- Label and Date properly
